Anytime Fitness High Wycombe, a franchise of the global network of 24/7 fitness centres, based in the Eden Centre in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire have been a customer of SFE Services for several years.
Being a leading fitness centre in the area, the facility is in regular use and has many clients, so it is imperative the air conditioning and ventilation equipment on site receives regular maintenance.
Servicing is completed at the site every quarter, which involves for the air conditioning systems thoroughly cleaning indoor and outdoor units including, filters, evaporator coils fins, fan motors & blades, inside & outside the units. Cleaning & checking all condensate drains, trays & pumps, checking all electrical wiring & connections, inspecting all pipework and connections for signs of ware or leaks. Listening for any noises or vibrations which should not be there and running, testing, and recording all necessary measurements & findings.
The ventilation equipment also had the grilles, filters and externals cleaned, run, tested and recorded. The internal & high-level ductwork cleaning at this site is completed separately and requires the use of towers & specialist equipment.
The works are completed in sections and areas are restricted to minimise disruption & for client safety.
All works are scheduled in advance by our service & maintenance department and the client receives a full report on completion of the works.
