We would advise clients with systems installed in a residential property to have these serviced once per year, however this is dependent on usage; with many home owners now opting to use air conditioning to provide cooling and heating all year round it may be advisable to have this maintained twice per year.
Systems fitted in commercial settings can vary considerably for how often they require servicing, as the environment in which they are installed can drastically impact the systems filters, drains and mechanical components. As a general rule offices, shops, restaurants and light commercial buildings would require equipment servicing twice per year, whereas sterile environments such as hospitals, dentists and laboratories or highly critical temperature sensitive environments such as data centres could be quarterly.
