Residential Air Conditioning Installations

Why Have A Domestic Air Conditioning System?

The use of air conditioning systems in homes has become increasingly popular over the last few years with many clients opting to retrospectively install in bedrooms, conservatories, offices, south facing rooms, garden studios and outbuildings. With the increase in energy prices and the future phase out of natural gas, air conditioning is a great option (particularly in conjunction with solar panels – check out our blog page for more info). This optimum temperature solution can help keep you cool in the summer months particularly on those warm, humid nights when you desperately need that good night sleep and heat up those cold spaces in the winter months quickly & efficiently.

We understand that for many people, considering air conditioning for your home can be a big decision:

Here at SFE Services we work with clients to design a system which meets their requirements and addresses any of the concerns they may have. Our bespoke install service can also offer client’s greater alternatives to how the units look, see our “Bespoke Installs” section for more info and checkout our “What You Need to Know Area” to answer all these questions.

The Installation Process

1.

Get in touch with our team, who will ask you a few questions relating to your property and your install requirements. We will then provide you with a no obligation “estimated” price which gives you an approximate indication of the costs, information on the systems and an idea of what would be involved during the works.

2.

Should our estimate be of interest we will then arrange for a member of our project team to visit your property to carry out a full free site survey.

3.

We will then provide you with your confirmed free no obligation quotation, design proposal and information package via email within 48 working hours of your visit.

4.

Upon deciding to proceed with the install, our project team will arrange a date for your install, discuss what will happen during the works, answer any questions you might have and provide you with a deposit payment invoice (as per our agreed T&C’s) to secure your booking.

5.

On the day of the install, our engineers will arrive on site and introduce themselves, lay all dust sheeting and protective layering in the property and reconfirm with yourself exact locations for units.

6.

Once works are completed, all waste is removed from site and the engineers will fully clear up – including hoovering!

6.

Our inhouse team will contact you 24 hours later to confirm you are happy with the works, arrange your warranty, and provide you with details of our preventative maintenance package.

Throughout this process our team are on hand to answer any questions and provide you will all the support you need.
