Seymour Taylor had been experiencing persistent temperature control issues. Its existing air conditioning system was unable to regulate the varying needs of the communal areas and individual meeting spaces. Firstly, the installation of two new split-system air conditioning systems, one for each meeting room, allowing individual temperature control. Modification of the existing AC system was also recommended to ensure it effectively served the reception area. The installation of a new interface was also installed to link the new systems to the pre-existing centralised controller, enabling seamless integration. SFE Services also configured the controller to optimise temperatures, scheduling and energy efficiency across the site.
The installation was completed in February 2025 and took one week to deliver a fully tailored climate control solution.

SFE Services was appointed to provide biannual maintenance for all pre-existing air conditioning and ventilation systems.
