We’re over the moon to be on the shortlist for the RAC #CoolingIndustryAwards2023!
Our nomination in the Small Company Achievement of the Year category, dubbed ‘small but mighty!’ celebrates a project that we completed with Gloucestershire City Council to install Panasonic hardware.
We were selected by TESN Projects to support an office space refurbishment in the Gloucester’s Eastgate Shopping Centre. The council chose to work with us to create a sustainable and energy-efficient system to meet its cooling, heating and air quality needs – as part of its pledge to achieve net zero by 2030.
We installed the Panasonic Mini ECOi 10HP system, with four cassettes, four TZ wall-mounted units and three energy recovery units – ensuring exceptional ventilation around the site. The new system supersedes an outdated and inefficient gas boiler, improving efficiency and lowering environmental impact. In addition, the solution provides superior air quality and ventilation – adding to the wellbeing of employees and visitors to the shopping centre.
Recognition at a national level is a testament to the care, consideration and attention to detail we put into every project. The whole SFE team is incredibly honoured to be nominated and to be recognised amongst industry heavyweights. The ceremony will takes place on the 21st September and we cannot wait!
